My Experiences with Learning a New Way to Learn
Like a lot of people, after I graduated from university I wasn’t quite sure what to do with myself. I felt like I needed one last great adventure before really settling down. But at the same time, I felt a need to really be studious and improve my chances of succeeding in the workforce. Then it hit me, I could try to learn Chinese in China. I’d noticed some fliers for it before, but pretty much shrugged it off. However, the idea must have been growing in the back of my mind for a while. I put a bit of research into where in China I’d be going. The number of locations was surprising at first, but it really makes sense when one considers how big the country is. With that set up, I was pretty much good to go! The actual experience when I arrived was amazing. It was a million times more enlightening than if I’d gone a traditional route of the tourist. Instead I was actually able to make friends there and soak up the culture as I learned the language.

Spanish Tuition in London
My name is Fermin and I’m from a town called Leon in the north of Spain. I have lived in London for the last five years. When I first came here I worked in a clothes shop. I did the same job for a year and at the end of that year my English had improved a lot. I then returned to Spain for a few months and while I was there I did a course to teach Spanish as a foreign language. The course was for one month and I did it in Madrid. When I came back to London I found a part-time job in a bar and started looking for private students to teach. I printed some flyers and left them in cafés and bars. I also bought some course books for teaching Spanish to beginners. I also started creating my own materials. I found a few students in this way. I also registered with an agency called Spanish Tuition London which has subsequently helped me to find a lot of private students.

A Person with Good Communication Skills Doesn’t Need to Have the Last Word Always!
Good Communication Skills are not limited to oral conversion; it also involves written memos, notices and communiqués. The ability to be understood is not something everyone has. Expressing oneself in order to be understood better is one aspect where everyone can improve themselves. There are several things you can do in order to help improve your communication skills. Before you go to a meeting, you should anticipate the possible shortcomings of your presentation and you should think of ways to cover yourself effectively. Don’t assume that because it’s you’re topic you can’t commit mistakes. Take note of people’s facial reaction when they talk to you. The tone of their voice can reveal a lot, like where the conversation is leading to. Don’t use harsh or insulting words no matter how subtle they are. They may backfire at you later. You may not please everybody but don’t leave them without settling the discussion to its final conclusion. If that’s not possible, just keep your peace and let the other guy have the last word.
