How to Make a Ricotta Gnocchi Recipe

One of the best ways to use potatoes in cooking is by creating gnocchi, which is a potato dumpling. In order to make gnocchi recipes like ricotta gnocchi it’s important to have fresh ingredients. To make this recipe start off by mixing together 8 oz container ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp of salt (and pepper and garlic) and 1 cup flour. Divide this into four pieces of rope and then cut into gnocchi shapes. From here heat up a saucepan with 3 tbsp olive oil and then add in 1 tbsp minced garlic until it’s soft. After this add in 1 can of diced tomatoes and a dash of red pepper flakes for heat. Stir in six shredded basil flakes from here and then boil the gnocchi until it floats (2 minutes max). Serve the sauce with the gnocchi and add mozzarella cubes to finish it off!

This requires a lot of patience, commitment and time to accomplish your overall health and body desire. This is not about avoiding foods and depriving your self but making healthy choices to achieve the optimum health that you want. If you are able to do this you can increased the energy in your body, loss fat, have better sleep and maintain a good mental and sound judgment.

Clean eating is not a complicated process. This is inexpensive way to achieve the overall health that you want. It requires your patience and commitment in the process because preparing for healthy foods require more time in the kitchen. When you learn to practice the basic principles of it, you will achieve the benefits in return.
